Asante Kotoko have confirmed their appeal against the fine of three players has been dismissed by the Ghana Football Association.
Kwabena Adusei, Ransford Osei and goalkeeper Soulama Abdoulaye were charged with misconduct and fined 3,000 Ghana cedis (US$ 1500) each by the FAs Disciplinary Committee after the week three match against Heart of Lions in Kumasi.
But according to the clubs Deputy Accra Representative, they will go for a review over the dismissed appeal.
We believe that it is important the GFA looks at its initial decision. Our legal team has been working around the clock concerning this case. We believe everything will go well, Nana Kwame Danquah said.
Kotoko were also fined 5,000 Ghana cedis as for the misbehaviour of some spectators at the same match.
