It was all debut goals at the Kadir Has Stadium in Kayseri and the tournament for Ghana's scorers on the night as the U.S are now eliminated.
Ebenezer Assifuah's brace was scored in between goals by Frank Acheampong and Kennedy Ashia to hand the Black Satellites their first win at the tournament in Turkey.
