Schalke star, has proven countless number of times that he is a fighter and doesnt give up easily no matter the circumstances, whether on the pitch or off it.
On Tuesday, the top Ghanaian star fought his ex- wife Jennifer in court for the custody of his son, trying hard to win the custody rights of the 5 years old Jermaine prince. But judge rejected his application for sole custody with the former ac Milan star told to continue with the arrangement in which he sees his son every two weeks. Boating entered the courthouse alone around 11:16 in the morning with a bright casual look, sporting a dark sunglasses and scarf, according to Amtsgericht Neuss.
Shortly thereafter, Jennifer followed, also wearing sunglasses, but unlike her ex- husband, she was rather accompanied by her lawyer. With some paparazzi waiting outside for proceedings which didnt go the Ghana midfielders way.
Jennifer was the first to emerge from the court building with broad smiles around 12:26pm, relaxed and chatting with her lawyer. She refused to answer questions and proceeded to enter a waiting car that sped off. Boateng followed about 30seconds later and also jetted away without uttering a word.
But the schalke star has told close associates that he will fight till he wins the custody rights. Boateng recently disclosed that part of the reason why he quit Milan for Germany was to be closer to Jermaine,
I want to see him more often".
