Trabzonspor coach Mustafa Akcay has confirmed that he is ready to sign Ghanaian striker Asamoah Gyan from UAE side Al Ain during the winter transfer window.
The Turkish tactician wants to beef up his squad in January in their quest to win the domestic title and also the Europa League of which they are through to the knockout stage.
We are in negotiation process with Asamoah Gyan and Bafetimbi Gomis from Olympique Lyon. We could sign any of them or even all of them if the deal goes through," Ackay told Gazetesi.
For Gyan we are talking to him direct and ready to pay the exact wages he receives at Al Ain whilst we are using Malouda to convince Gomis.
Galatasaray, Fenerbahce and Bordeaux have also stated their interest in the former Udinese, Rennes and Sunderland forward.
