Former Okwahu United star Elvis Opoku scored a brace for the Bibiani-based second-tier side in the first half.
His first was from a spot-kick in the 10th minute and then doubled their lead after 12 minutes with a perfect free-kick
After the break, Paul Acquah reduced the deficit for Hearts.
