Ghana skipper Asamoah Gyan is excited by the decision to camp in Spain before their 2015 Africa Cup of Nations campaign.
Coach Avram Grant chose the Spanish city of Seville to prepare for the tournament in Equatorial Guinea next month.
There were earlier plans to camp in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
“I just heard about it today and I am really excited,” Gyan told GHANASoccernet.com
“We have never really camped there but the most important thing is that we all listen to the coach and work to succeed.”
Ghana’s squad is expected to spend a total of ten days in Seville before moving to Mongomo.
