The Premier League returnees completed the deal with the 34-year-old following a successful negotiation between the player and Olympics officials.
Ghanasportsonline.com understands that the experienced goal poacher will be with the �Wonder Club� till the end of the season.
Attram who was initially linked with a move to the Teshie-based side failed to sign for the Club after disagreeing on his transfer money.
The former PSV Eindhoven attacker will be hoping to refine Olympics� attack with his rich vein of experience in Europe.
He represented Ghana at the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
