The FC Sion attacker has received a late call-up by the technical handlers of the team for the crucial hurdle against the Os Mambas.
Assifuah, former Ghana U20 attacker earned a debut senior National team call up when he was invited by Coach Avram Grant for the Black Stars international friendlies with Mali and Senegal last month.
The 21-year-old is expected to beef up the striking force at the Black Satellites in Saturday’s crucial tie against the Southern African side.
The former Liberty Professionals striker won the Golden ball award at the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey.
