Anderlecht winger Frank Acheampong is expected to join the Black Meteors team ahead of the CAF U23 Championships qualifier second leg clash with Congo.
The 21-year-old is expected to arrive in the country today and join the team as they travel on Friday for the crucial game in Brazzaville.
The former Black Meteors winger could possibly be moving from his base in Belgium and joined the team straight in Congo should he fail to arrive in Ghana on time for the trip.
Ghana managed a narrow 1-0 win over Congo in the first leg game in Accra last Saturday.
The team will be hoping to secure a satisfactory result in other to book a place in the next round to face Nigeria in quest for a place at the maiden edition of the competition in Senegal in November this year.
