The Ghana football Association are in talks with Ukrainian beer company Obolon to become the new sponsor for the Ghana Premier League.
This follows the decision of First Capital plus Bank to suspend its sponsorship deal with the Ghana FA in an attempt to restructure their activities.
Reports are further rife that First Capital Plus Bank are planning to withdraw the sponsorship deal due to the low mileage the bank has received in the football public.
GHANASportsonline.com sources reveal that talks are far advance with the Ukrainian company who could be sealing a deal with the Nations football governing body to become the headline sponsors of the domestic top-flight.
Obolon Joint Stock Company is a leading producer of alcoholic beverages based in Kyiv and has largest brewing facility in Europe by installed capacity.
The Company has sponsored Ukrainian Club FC Obolon Kyiv since 1999.
