Italian Club Lazio have reportedly tabled £13million bid for Ghana left-back Abdul Baba Rahman.
Rahman had a decent season at Chelsea after joining the English Club from German outfit Augsburg ahead of the 2015/16 season.
The defender who made 23 appearances in all competition for the former English Champions is expected to fight for a place under new manager Antonio Conte.
A report carried by UK-based Mirror.co.uk indicates Lazio are preparing a summer swoop for the Ghanaian international.
The former Gruether Furth man was regarded as one of the outstanding defenders in the German Budesliga two seasons ago.
Chelsea signed the 22-year-old in a reported £21.7million last season.
