Hearts of Oak board member Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe has advised new coach Sergio Traguil to repel persons who will try to influence his team selection.
The Portuguese, originally hired to take charge of the youth team, was elevated to the position of First Team coach after the departure of Kenichi Yatsuhashi.
Tamakloe, a former chairman of the club, has told the former Benifica youth team coach to stand firm on his decisions regarding player selection.
"I have once been a chairman so I know what I’m talking about,” he said.
"Sometimes come from either the bench or management is overbearing such that if the coach is not tough he cannot be in charge."
