Ghana attacker Abdul Majid Waris has lauded countryman Mubarak Wakaso for his latest move to Greek giants Panathiniakos.
Wakaso signed a three-year deal with Panathiniakos on Saturday after completing his medicals.
The Ghanaian international thus joined the Greens from Russian outfit Rubin Kazan after spending a season long loan at Spanish Club Las Palmas.
Waris has hailed Wakaso for his move to Greece.
“Congrats big bro @WakasoBobby for the move.goodluck with the new adventure,” he tweeted.
The hard working midfielder will replace fellow Ghanaian Michael Essien who has been released by the Club.
