Germany side Hamburg has joined the race for Ghanaian international Jordan Ayew.
Reports indicate the Bundesliga outfit are planning to cough out £8million for the striker who remains a target for French Club Bordeaux.
The 24-year-old is likely to leave English Club Aston Villa after the team was relegated from the Premiership.
Hamburg are ready to cash in on the striker ahead of the new season.
The player was able to bag 7 goals for Aston Villa in the English Premier League last season.
The Black Stars forward joined Villa from French Ligue 1 side Lorient in a reported £12million transfer deal to replace Christian Benteke.
