Ghanaian midfielder Michael Helegbe has terminated his contract with Lebanese Club Tripoli Athletic Club. Ghanasportsonline.com can reveal.
Helegbe who finished as the top scorer for the Club last season ended his contract due to the Club’s failure to meet his demands.
The former Asante Kotoko midfielder joined Tripoli Athletic Club two seasons ago from Ghana Premier League side Medeama.
The ex-Ghana U23 skipper is currently in search of a new Club with Lebanese Champions Safa reportedly leading the race to sign the former Liberty Professionals star.
The midfielder won the top scorer award in Lebanon in his first year in the League netting 21 goals for his Club.
