Ghanaian international Christian Atsu is elated to join Championship side Newcastle United.
The 24-year-old joined the Club on a season long loan from Chelsea on transfer deadline day.
Atsu who failed to make any competitive appearances for Chelsea since joining the blues two seasons ago is happy to have signed for the former Premiership side.
"I'm very happy to be at Newcastle," said Atsu.
"It's a very big club. They have good facilities and I think Newcastle have one of the best coaches in the world.
"St. James' Park is a fantastic stadium with 50,000 fans; the fans here really love football so much and I can't wait to play at this stadium in front of the fans."
The winger who is on his fifth loan spell since signing for Chelsea three seasons will be joining countrymen Jordan Ayew and Albert Adomah in the Championship this season.
