Former Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah says Kevin Prince Boateng deserves another chance to play for the Black Stars if he shows remorse.
Appiah was at the receiving end of insults from the ex-Germany youth international at the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals in Brazil.
The Las Palmas key midfielder was thrown out of camp ahead of their final Group H match against Portugal.
Last week, Boateng suggested he was ready to re-join the team but stated he was unjustly persecuted by Ghana FA officials.
But Appiah says the door should be opened for him if he shows remorse.
''No human being is perfect so if Kevin has shown remorse and wants a return, he should be given the chance to prove himself once more. If I'm to tell you what Kevin Prince Boateng did during the world cup, you all will collapse,'' the Al Khartoum coach told Kumasi based Angel FM.

Kwasi Appiah must come out to apologize to Ghanaians for fielding Christian Atsu and Jordan Ayew in the first World Cup game against USA. It was an illogical decision. And it was against the tradition of the team. Since 2006, every World Cup match is started by the most senior and most matured players. And then younger players join in. Christian Atsu and Jordan Ayew are yet to make any significant contribution to the Black Stars. They were below standard in previous games and Atsu was below a juvenile player in the AFCON 2014. So why did he have to start games whilst Dede Ayew, Agyeman Badu and/or Kwadwo Asamoah was not in that number 10 position. Appiah has to apologize. KP Boateng should have started in Jordan Ayew's place.

pls with all apology, lets all forgive and forget what has happened and continue with life. lets give him another chance
kevin or no kevin EGYPT 3 GHANA 0.We will use their winning bonus to build a clinic for a village at Keta
I support that idea. He should be given a second chance since we're all not perfect on this earth. So if someone knows he has done something wrong and apologizes, let's forgive him and forward. Then that we can succeed in life. Forgiveness is one we must consider most.because there is no one on this earth who has never committed sins before. So let's forgive him.
Good Mr coach I will be happy if GFA give both you and Kevin the second chance so that Kevin can get you and give you some slaps that will be great.
KWESI, AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SUGGESTION? ARE YOU SAYING KEVIN IS THE ONLY PLAYER WITH GHANAIAN BLOOD FLOWING THROUGH HIS VEINS? HE WAS NOT NOT CALLED INTO GERMAN NATIONAL TEAM BECAUSE DISCIPLINARY ISSUES. THEY RATHER INVITED THE BROTHER AND THE REST IS HISTORY. IS KEVIN SAYING GHANA IS ONLY GOOD FOR HIM WHEN IS TIME FOR WORLD CUP.PLEASE LETS NOT MAKE PEOPLE FEEL THAT WITHOUT THEM WE DONT HAVE A LIFE.
MY HONEST RESPECT TO COACH KWASI APPIAH,ITS ONLY A ***barred word*** WHO DOESN'T CHANGE HIS MIND. KEVIN DESERVE ANOTHER CHANCE
PLSE, COACH APPIAH STAY CLEAR OF THE RAGING DEBATE ABOUT THE CALL UP OF KELVIN. HE DID NASTY THINGS TO YOU IN BRAZIL. DONT EVER RECOMMEND HIS RECALL TO THE TEAM EVEN IF HE SHOWS REMORSE. HE IS AN OPPORTUNIST. WHY DOES HE ALWAYS TALK OF PLAYING FOR THE BLACK STARS ANYTIME IT IS A WORLD CUP YEAR. LET US LEAVE HIM OUT. HE IS NOT BETTER THAN ANY PLAYER IN THE BLACK STARS. HE IS A GOOD RIDDANCE.
