Asante Kotoko have sacked team manager Shilla Alhassan after just four months into his appointment.
The ex-Kotoko striker was appointed by the Porcupine Warriors to join the technical staff of Croatian Coach Zdravsko Lugarosic.
Alhassan has however been shown the exit two weeks after his boss Lugarosic was sacked by the Club.
It is unclear what led to management decision to relieve the former player off his duties at the Club.
Kotoko meanwhile will release a statement on the decision in the coming days.
Sources reveal that current assistant Coach Godwin Ablordey will be re-assigned as the team manager of the Club pending an appointment of a new head Coach.
The Kumasi-based Club have been in crises for some time now which has affected their performance in the Ghana Premier League.
