Kim Grant, newly appointed Sporting Director and Head Coach for Accra Hearts of Oak, has said, he will not entertain egoistic players in his team, as he takes charge of the club, for the next three years.
According to Grant, there would not be any room for players, who were not positive and lack tough mentality in his team.
“Accra Hearts of Oak is a top professional football club, which should be treated as such and I am going to give an opportunity to every player at our disposal.
“I would assess each player equally, but I would not entertain any egos in my team, I am prepared to work with players, who have the right attitude and team work spirit”.
Grant, who was unveiled today as the new Sporting Director and first team head coach noted that, current players and new players who would join the club, must to prove to be positive in mind and ready to buy into the philosophy of Accra Hearts of Oak to merit a place in the team.
Grant, who would officially start work from 1st December, 2018, has had stints with Ebusua Dwarfs and Elmina Sharks.
