The Head of the Communications Directorate of the Ghana Police Service, DSP Cephas Arthur and the Northern Regional Police Commander, DCOP George Tuffour, seem to be in the dark on the latest development with regards to the Yendi-bound cache of arms that was intercepted by the Police in the Northern Region.
