Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo says the NDC government�s failure to fulfil its campaign promises to the people of the Zebilla constituency in the Upper East region is as a result of the non-commitment of Cletus Avoka, Majority Leader in Parliament, to the development and welfare of his constituents.
