The New Patriotic Party (NPP) stalwart and Member of Parliament (MP) for Abuakwa South, who is reported to have written the �insults and evil� speech delivered by Dr. Mensa Otabil, last Wednesday, rundown himself completely, saying he is a man of �small mind� who is unfit to write a speech for the General Overseer.
