Managing Editor of The Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt, believes aside outmoded equipment, losses incurred in transporting and distributing electricity efficiently, the current power rationing by the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) can also be attributed to government agencies and departments owing the ECG whooping sums of monies.
