Though Ghana�s National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) has suffered certain challenges ever since its inception, the Chief Executive of Ghana�s National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Mr. Sylvester A. Mensah, has maintained that the scheme is ranked higher and better than that of the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
