Spokesperson of businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome has given credence to claims that some elements within the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) played an active role in the prosecution of his boss at the Fast Track High Court regarding the payment of GHC 51.2 million to him as judgement debt.
