Former Member of Parliament for the Asunafo South Constituency, Hon. Balado Manu, has described the repeated shuffling of Ken Kuranchie, the Managing Editor Daily Searchlight Newspaper who is currently serving a 10 day jail term for criminal contempt, from one prison facility to the other, as �mental torture�.
