After the Supreme Court ruling that Waterville Holdings Limited and ISOFOTON SA must refund the Judgement Debt monies wrongfully paid to them by the state, a member of the communication team for the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Asamoah Gyamfi has found it surprising that President Mahama has now issued instructions to the A-G to prepare a writ to retrieve the judgment debt.
