A leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has expressed a contrary view to Dr Mensa Otabil�s ominous sensing of heaviness in spirit of something evil befalling the country if we do not pray to avert it, saying he strongly believes Ghanaians will never descend so low as to create chaos after the ruling by the Supreme Court on the election petition case.
