As Members of Parliament are up in arms with government over the latter's inability to honour statutory payments to some state institutions for nearly a year now, the Women�s Organizer of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Madam Anita De Soso is laying blame at the doorstep of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
