The former Energy Minister under the Kufuor administration, Mr. Kofi Adda has clarified the issue of whether �he was pushed or he jumped� off his position as the energy minister contrary to the allegations made by Kennedy Agyepong, the MP for Assin North to the effect that he (Mr. Adda) was booted out of office because he simply refused to support Mr. Alan Kyeremateng who was perceived to be the President�s favorite candidate in the run up to the 2008 presidential primaries of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
