The New Free Press believes that there can be no serious electoral reform as long as agents of the ruling National Democratic congress are at post, namely the Electoral Commissioner Dr Kwadwo Afari Gyan, Director of operations Dr Amadu Sulley and Christian Parry its Public Relations officer.
