Managing Editor of the Punch newspaper, Ebenezer Ato Sam has taken a swipe at the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Nana Oye Lithur for unleashing her venom on her Deputy, Ms Rachel Florence Appoh and the Director of Social Welfare Christian Babooroh.
