Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur on Friday said Ghana is not taking an isolated decision, but would be guided by the collective position that would be reached by the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) on the issue of Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) with the European Union.
