The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) will on Friday November 8, 2013 hold its first ever Special Congregation to award honourary Doctorate Degrees to three of Ghana�s most distinguished and illustrious sons, Edward Kobly Doe Adjaho, the Right Honourable Speaker of Parliament; Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene; and Hon. Albert Kan Dapaah, a Chartered Accountant and Politician.
