Founder and Leader of the United Renaissance Party (URP), Charles Kofi Wayo has blamed the erratic power supply and the difficulty in generating efficient electricity supply for the country squarely on the shoulders of Messers Tsatsu Tsikata and the Ahwoi�s, describing them as the �mafias� within the administration of President John Dramani Mahama.
