The National Executive Council of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) may not summon the Member of Parliament for Assin Central; Hon. Kennedy Agyapong or rather is yet to take notice of the calls by his critics that he should be subpoenaed by the party hierarchy, the party�s Vice Chairman has revealed.
