The Mahama-Amissah Arthur led government is blaming the 2012 Presidential candidate of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo and two others of his party who initiated the election petition case for its failure to build the 50 community day senior high schools promised this year.
