Member of Parliament (MP) for Techiman South in Brong-Ahafo Region, Hon. Agyei Mensah, has described the National Chairman of National Democratic Party (NDP,) Dr. Josiah Aryeh, as a �confused man� who has lost track of realities of political dispensation of the country.
