Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has stated emphatically that he has every reason to conclude that the recent transfer of Police Personnel to the Ashanti Region are all members of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) to help in rigging the 2016 elections in the region.
