The Northern and Upper East Regional chairmen of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have condemned Mr Kwabena Agyei Agyapong, General Secretary of the Party, for taking a unilateral decision by asking Mr Perry Okudzeto, Acting Director of Communication, to proceed on leave.
