The aspiring Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Jonathan Tackie-Komme, has observed that the 2016 general election might not be easy for the NDC government, hence the need for the party delegates to select grass-roots leaders who would steer the affairs of the party to victory.
