A former National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Anthony Abayifa Karbo has described as �malicious, wicked and opportunistic� a statement issued by Dr Athur Kennedy accusing Nana Akufo Addo of being behind the hooliganism that occurred at the party headquarters.
