Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited (�Fidelity� or �the bank�) and ProCredit Holding Germany (PCH) hereby announce that they have agreed, in principle, for Fidelity to acquire 100% ownership of ProCredit Savings and Loans Company Limited (�ProCredit Ghana�).
