In order to indicate his seriousness and commitment to resolving some pertinent issues bothering the people at the grass root, Comrade Stephen Akwetey, has launched an Education/Health Fund in Accra concurrently with an announcement of his decision to contest the chairmanship of the Greater Accra regional National Democratic Congress (NDC).
