Outgoing chairman of the governing board of the NACOB, Naval Captain (Rtd) Baffour Assasie-Gyimah, says though he acknowledges that the power to appoint and dismiss is the exclusive prerogative of the President, he still cannot fathom why President Mahama dissolved the NACOB Board last week and wonders if it is "a case of sacrificing a weak and innocent lamb to appease an angry and besieged god".
