A project that aims at improving Vitamin A and Iron Supplementation in health service delivery was launched on Wednesday with Dr Ebenezer Appiah Denkyira, Director- General of the Ghana Health Service urging stakeholders to consider practical and innovative ways of ensuring that the already proven interventions reach the most vulnerable.
