Dr. Abdulai Tinorgah, a Former Director-General of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), has urged the service to maximize all donor financial inflows to address the financial challenges of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) to speed up the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
