�Eat Vegetarian Diet To Avoid Lifestyle Diseases�

A wellness consultant has advised the public to eat more vegetarian DIET TO avoid contracting lifestyle diseases.

The consultant, Dr Kofi Asare, said the alarming increase in lifestyle-related diseases such as DIABETES, coronary heart disease and high BLOOD PRESSURE , were as a result of the types of food people ate.
