The Agricultural Development Bank Limited (�ADB�) announces to the general public that it will temporarily put its Initial Public Offer (�IPO�) on hold effective 10th September 2015, after an application was filed on September 9, 2015 by Dr. Mark Assibey-Yeboah in the Supreme Court for an order of interlocutory injunction, pending the hearing and determination of the suit titled Dr. Mark Assibey-Yeboah v Agricultural Development Bank and the Attorney General and Minister of Justice.
