The former head of the political science department at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Dr Richard Amoako Baah, has urged popular actor and comedian, Kwame Dzokoto, not to crack jokes in parliament, if he is eventually elected to the law house in the 2016 general elections.
